The grants administrator is responsible for conducting the full range of activities required to research prospective foundations, prepare and submit proposals, and manage relationships and award activities. This includes developing templates and resources to streamline the grant proposal process, providing progress reports to investors, evaluating and closing awarded grants. May 10 - ACLU of South Carolina Associate Director of Philanthropy
As the lead of the organization’s development efforts, the Associate Director of Philanthropy will work closely with the Executive Director to drive the ACLU's fundraising in South Carolina. The Associate Director of Philanthropy will develop and execute an annual fundraising plan with targets for major gifts, annual support, grants, and planned giving. The Associate Director of Philanthropy will partner with the Executive Director to deepen relationships with existing major donors, as well as identify and secure new sources of funding that will enable longstanding, tangible civil liberties victories.
