Job title: Director of Annual Giving
Employed by: Roper St. Francis Foundation
What I like most about my job: All of my teammates at Roper St. Francis truly embrace the idea that every moment matters. I love hearing and sharing stories that demonstrate the impact that mindset can make on an individual patient or family member.
As VP of Membership, one of my goals this year is to: Decrease the lag time between a new member’s join date and the moment he or she becomes actively engaged, fully realizing the member benefits. One way I hope to do this is through the implementation of the New Member Buddy Program. Want to know more? Just ask!
I'm originally from: The Tar Heel State. Specifically, New Bern, North Carolina.
My hobbies include: Playing tennis, enjoying the beach, and keeping up with friends, family, and all things UNC
Something my AFP colleagues might not know about me is: One of my life goals is to find a whole (unbroken) scotch bonnet, the state seashell of North Carolina. It might be a pipe dream since my mom and grandmother are still searching for theirs. In the meantime, I’ll settle for gathering all the olives and conchs I can find on Lowcountry beaches.
If I had one week to do anything I wanted, I would: Take a European vacation.
