The Associate Director is responsible for the planning and execution of programs and activities designed to build spiritual and financial resources necessary for the Diocese, its parishes, schools and diocesan ministries to accomplish their mission. This position is responsible for working independently to communicate and market diocesan initiatives not only to donors, but also to the parishes, missions and schools in the Diocese of Charleston.
Bachelor’s degree required. Non-profit administration and Raiser’s Edge experience required. MS Office experience and training required. Experience working in a team environment and strong ability to multi-task required. Must be diligent and a quick learner. The ability to meet deadlines is necessary.
