The Vice President of Development and Stewardship will provide comprehensive direction to a staff team whose primary responsibility is superior donor stewardship and asset development. Under the leadership of the Vice President, the Foundation will assure donors receive personal and customized philanthropic advice and guidance, as well as timely and effective information on the issues, programs and fields of interest that matter to them most. The VP will be an internal advocate for all donors by acting as their voice in decisions made at the Foundation. Jul 21 - Development Associate
In support of the Executive Director, the Development Associate is engaged in all aspects of donor stewardship. LAMB sees development as relational and a part of ministry, to that end, the Development Associate raises resources for our ministry and helps others become more complete in Christ. The Development Associate assists the Executive Director in establishing the annual development calendar, represents LAMB to current and prospective donors (primarily churches and civic groups) and manages donor care plan. The Development Associate monitors and regularly reports progress of development initiatives to Executive Director, though analytical reporting from donor database. LAMB has a strategy of incorporating volunteers in our development activities; the Development Associate coordinates these volunteers. Qualifications include: • Strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a desire to serve Him through the mission and calling of LAMB. • Active in a Christian community of faith. • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ experience in development.
